Can you provide cleaning services to all our facility locations?
Yes, and it is encouraged. Some of our customer buildings are related in some way or another. Either by the same management company, governmental department, same owner, or the same tenant in multiple buildings. The common thread offers not only the benefit of a lower price, but more importantly it gives uniformity of quality and less interface problems. Simply put, less headaches, lower prices, higher quality of work.
How much will it cost?
Our pricing is always fair to both the customer and to the company. There are many factors that influence the total cleaning contract price. Each place is based on issues such as: frequency of visits, hours of labor to clean, location of the facility, but mainly it is based on your budget and the needs to be done each visit. In spite of all these variables, we are still normally below most companies with a “3rd party manager fee” added in.
Who will be doing my cleaning?
Only our experienced and highly trained staff will be coming to your home or office. Our employees are supervised by our management team and are rewarded with bonuses based on your comments and satisfaction. We often will do quality control checks with a manager to assure that our high standards are being maintained. Our employees earn bonuses based on your comments and satisfaction with their work. It’s a performance based incentive program. This helps to ensure your satisfaction keeping you our customer.
